eureka living roomLas Vegas Retreats was founded in 2004 with a desire to address the need for professionally operated and managed vacation and turnkey home rentals in Las Vegas. Our founders believed that the vacation rental market here was in dire need of trustworthy and reliable vendors who would reflect sides of Las Vegas visitors really hope to see and we Las Vegans hope to present.

Since our inception, Las Vegas Retreats has been active with local governments and communities in helping to educate the public about the vacation rental business and helping to promote the creation of effective laws and regulations for our market.

We Really Are Different

We understand that vacation rentals are a sensitive issue in Las Vegas, just as they are in any community. In places like Hawaii and Florida and other global destinations like Las Vegas, vacation rentals are a large part of the tourist markets as well as for corporate lodging, business, military, etc... Las Vegas Retreats operates under a "good neighbor policy" in all the Las Vegas communities we serve. We do our best to represent the interests of both customers and vacation home neighbors.

We believe that vacation rental customers in our town are just as important as any hotel customers at the Bellagio and that they deserve to have the same acknowledgment as valued and respected visitors to Las Vegas as anyone on the Strip. We don't think that just because someone prefers to stay in a home instead of a hotel room that they should be subjected to unscrupulous vendors who call their P.O. Box an office and who consider BBB accreditation or business licenses to be an expensive luxury.


We believe that our customers and clients come first. We believe this is the hallmark of any successful business. We work hard to put forward a good face for Las Vegas and to be a company customers come to again and again. One that they know will not only give them good value and reliable service but one that will be there over the long term and treat customers with respect. It's a very simple philosophy really, to give visitors what they are expecting to get from us. We act as if the customer's expectations actually matter to us.



When someone visits our websites and advertisements, they see properties portrayed and pictured as they actually exist. We advertise them with very reasonable claims and capacities. Then when the customer comes to enjoy the home they reserved, we provide customer support when they need it, and make sure the home they are staying in is clean and ready. We have a word to describe this policy. We call it integrity.

We are members of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and the Las Vegas Hospitality Association. We are accredited members of the Southern Nevada Better Business Bureau. The BBB has given us an "A+" rating for customer service for our 100% perfect performance track record of handling customer issues. Las Vegas Retreats is not just a website We are real people who live in and love Las Vegas. We enjoy what we do and feel great about people having a good time in Las Vegas. It is our goal to make sure we do everything possible to make our guests feel at home here. Well beyond simply providing good service, but also a friendly helpful attitude, like one would expect from any good Las Vegas Strip Casino.

Our company was as a "Top Ten Choice" in the Los Angeles Times and has been featured in several editions of "Frommers Las Vegas With Kinds" and "Pauline Frommers Alternative Las Vegas".
