This practically new 5 bedroom 2.5 bath home features everything a Las Vegas visitor could want. This home is spacious and well appointed throughout.

The game room, located in the “grand room” area of the home, features a 15 foot ceiling and is open to the family room and dining room, with a balcony overlook from the upstairs. The home has a very open and light feel, and is large enough to work well for as many as 10~12 guests.

All bedrooms feature queen beds or double beds, and all have televisions with cable TV. The master bedroom features king size bed, large television, and a private bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub framed in glass brick windows.

The backyard at Casa De La Playa is a wonderland of fun waiting to happen. The sparkling pool features a beach entry and swim-up table for lounging. The 10 person spa features a rock waterfall with an under-the-falls area and connects to the pool via the beach entry. The very large patio features a covered area, large buitl in gas BBQ, and patio table with seating for 6.
