This home is simply perfect for families, friends, poker players, company retreats, the list goes on and on. Best of all, you get to have this amazing oasis of fun and relaxation, and still be barely 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.

This excellent home is very large (approx. 4200 sqft), on a single level and located on one acre of private land in an area just south of Green Valley. The home is situated on a lot that is elevated just enough to give an unobstructed views of the entire Las Vegas Valley. Outside, the Castillo de Paraiso is like a park unto itself. Relax in the infinity egde pool and soak in the inground spa while taking in the incredible Las Vegas Strip skyline. Have a game of tennis on your own lighted tennis court. Enjoy the very difficlut to find amenities of sand volleyball and English lawn balls on these specialy designed courts. With an acre of fun at your disposal, you will feel like a king. This home is also located within walking distance of a public park which includes a playground, baseball field, skate board park and dog park.
