Each bedroom features a queen bed and television. The master bedroom features a king size bed, large television and a large private bathroom. The backyard at Casa de Amigos features a sparkling freeform pool and spa. For families with small children, the pool can be configured with an optional child satefy fence. The covered patio features a gas BBQ and patio table with seating for 4. The garage and driveway provides parking for up to 2 cars. This home is in an excellent location for those attending functions at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Sands Expo or Mandalay Bay Convention Center.Casa de Amigos is located 2 minutes from the Station Casinos Green Valley Ranch. For larger groups, this home can be paired with it's sister home, Casa de Familia, located directly next door. The two homes together provide a total of six bedrooms and four bathrooms, and sleeping for up to 12 people comfortably. The paired configuration is an excellent solution for families with children and businesspeople requiring private bedrooms for each guest. Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen - Sleeps 6. - The furnishings in our homes are considered and intentional. Vegas is a special place and we know Vegas visitors have special expectations. Like someone visiting Hawaii wants to stay somewhere tropical, our homes are furnished to compliment the Vegas class and style visitors expect.
- The city rules are Las Vegas vacation home rentals must comply with a stated capacity of no more than 2 persons per bedroom. All of our listings reflect this rule in their stated maximum capacities with either king, queen or dual bed furnishings in each bedroom.
