 Refunds and Cancellations
Upon signing your lease you will be asked to pay 50% of the total amount of your booking to reserve your home. The balance is due within 30 days of your arrival. All amounts are non-refundable and all reservations are non-cancelable. However, if you should need to reschedule your booking and we are able to re-rent your property, we will apply all paid rental fees (less one days rent) towards the new booking.
Rates and Specials
Rates quoted reflect our standard rates for non-holiday periods. Holidays and convention rates may be more. Advertised discounts and special rates also do not apply during holidays and conventions. Return customers may apply discounts or credits towards any booking.
Check In/Check Out
Normal check-in time is at 3:00 pm on the first day of your rental. Check-out is no later than 10:00 am the morning after your last night. Exceptions must be approved in advance by Las Vegas Retreats. Most homes are "self check-in" with digital keypads set to a code specifically for you.
Security Deposit
Some homes require a security deposit of $500, and others are secured by your credit card authorization.
Substitutions
Should your reserved property become unavailable for any reason, Las Vegas Retreats will be provide another like-kind residence of equal or greater value, honoring the same price and terms. If another similar property is not available, we will allow you to choose any available property or a full refund.
Qualifications
All renters must provide a driver’s license and credit card for identification purposes, either in person or via fax during the rental registration process. International travelers must also provide a copy of their valid passport.
Maintenance Issues
Our homes are maintained with care, however just like any home occasional problems may happen. Appliances or systems may require servicing and there may be inconveniences incurred. If a home becomes unusable, you will be transferred to another similar home as soon as possible or offered a discount or credit on your stay.
Television Service
The level of any type of service varies from home to home, but is always included in the rental cost. Check individual homes for type of service.
Telephone
Most homes include local or local and long distance service as part of the rental costs. Unless otherwise indicated, you will be charged for other phone services, directory assistance, completion fees, return call services, collect calls, etc…
Internet Access
Most homes include Internet access for your computer at no additional charge.
