Palacio Pajaro is a lovely unique property situated on completely private and gated grounds. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, Palacio Pajaro offers extensive event space as well as overnight lodging for up to 10. The five bedrooms offer sleeping arrangements made up of two king sized beds and three queen sized beds.

To make you and your guests feel at home in Las Vegas, this unique luxury property provides personalized check in at the property (by appointment), daily butler service (make beds, replace supplies, remove garage, book reservations), limousine service to and from the airport for up to 6 passengers and a wrapped gift basket when you check in.

This amazing home features thoughtful touches throughout like flat panel televisions in every room, xBox and PS3, extensive outdoor entertaining space, stocked with approximately $2,500 worth of food, snacks, drinks and supplies (i.e. beer, water, crackers, fresh fruit, condiments, zip locks, foil, napkins, spices, etc…).

Outdoors you will find a custom pool and spa (spa heat is included with rental – pool heat is available for an additional $150 per day) along with an eight burner Jenn-Air gas BBQ to prepare food for yourself and your guests.

For your convienience, Palacio Pajaro provides free wireless internet access as well as a printer, scanner, and fax machine. The is no smoking and no pets (except service animals with prior notification). There is a 3 night minimum and up to 10 individuals may stay overnight at the estate. Check in as early as 12pm / Check out no later than 12pm. The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and must provide valid identification and credit card at check in.

Early check ins and late check outs are available with prior approval at $200 per hour. The property is secured by credit card. The card is authorized for $250 per day. We do not charge the card unless amenities were used or damages incurred (similar to a typical hotel’s process).

Events (available only with prior approval) will be charged $3,500 per event. Up to 75 individuals permitted onsite during the event. The primary rental must provide notification of the approximate hours of the event. Note that the estate manager and/or butler will be onsite and available for approximately 4 hours during the event (to monitor activity and answer any questions).

There is NO street parking permitted during an event (up to 8 cars can fit within the gates… additional guests will need to shuttle, cab or carpool in and out). No outside music is allowed after 9pm per Clark County code.

The Primary guest can use any outside vendors (chefs, equipment rental, etc… ) but is responsible for any and all vendors and guests that they bring onto the property. All equipment and guests must be removed from the property before the guest checks out.
