The pool is adorned nicely with the Las Vegas red rock look, and also offers a water slide and small grotto to hide away from the afternoon sun. With four secondary bedrooms, a master bedroom, plus a loft style bedroom, there is plenty of room for as many as fourteen guests. The master suite and master bath offer luxury and privacy typically found in only the nicest hotels. The upscale kitchen is a great place to prepare meals for your group and can even accommodate a private chef. There are 3 seperate indoor "fun" areas including a game room with pool table, poker room and upstairs TV area with foosball table. Nearby to Palacio Maravilla you will find an absolute plethora of shopping dining and entertainment options. For adults and kids and alike, there are amazing choices in all directions. Movies, golf, gambling, shopping and dining of almost any kind can literally be found within a 5 minute drive or less. This is an excellent home for families and business guests alike, as the home resides only moments from Hwy 215, affording easy access to all of Las Vegas valley and the surrounding area. Palacio Maravilla is an excellent home and a great alternative to high-priced hotel and casino lodging. Offering privacy and features that no hotel can offer at a price no hotel can match. - The furnishings in our homes are considered and intentional. Vegas is a special place and we know Vegas visitors have special expectations. Like someone visiting Hawaii wants to stay somewhere tropical, our homes are furnished to compliment the Vegas class and style visitors expect.
- The city rules are Las Vegas vacation home rentals must comply with a stated capacity of no more than 2 persons per bedroom. All of our listings reflect this rule in their stated maximum capacities with either king, queen or dual bed furnishings in each bedroom.
